What are the delivery cut off times?

Order Cut-Off Day/Time for next day deliver:

10pm the night before your expected delivery day

Do I need to be there to take delivery of my box?

We provide contactless deliveries. Your box will be delivered to your door and we will text you to tell you it has arrived.

By accepting our terms and conditions you consent to an unattended delivery. An unattended delivery allows us to leave your order at your delivery location, even if no one is home to accept your order. If you have special instructions of a safe place to leave your order, please detail these in the delivery instructions field in the order form.

If you live in an apartment, we will require delivery instruction on where to leave it and we text you with an approximate delivery time.

What if I need to change or cancel my order?

All we require is 24 hours’ notice for changes to be reflected in your delivery.

Can I send a box as a gift?

Absolutely, just enter the persons delivery details in the order form and we can deliver the box on your behalf. We can also put in a personal note, just give us a call to arrange.

What do I do with the empty boxes?

Our cardboard boxes are fully recyclable and minimising our carbon footprint is very important to us, and we always reuse or recycle empty boxes where possible.

If you leave them out for us, we’re more than happy to collect them the next time we deliver.
